Charlotte's Diary is an interactive puzzle book focusing on a woman trapped in her home and abused by her husband. This project is heavily based on The Yellow Wallpaper, with references to events of the story interspersed throughout the book. Gameplay elements incorporate ideas from the Choose Your Own Adventure line of novels, and several different escape rooms.
Josh's role on the project was to write the journal entries left by the protagonist, Charlotte, which both had to convey a sense of danger, while delivering subtle puzzle information to the player.
